Preparing reports and data analysis Key Accountabilities/Activities: Primary Responsibility: Create new report templates as per the requirement Collate reports from centers and prepare dashboards Prepare and publish weekly and monthly dashboards to management Update centers on new changes in reports as and when introduced Regularly follow- up with centers on report completeness & accuracy Validate and report discrepancies/feedback on data received Work Relations: Internal Reporting to Manager- Central MIS for all functional as well as admin issues Interfacing with other team members across all teams for all functional as well as operational issues. Span of Control: Individual Contributor Qualification: Any Graduate/Under- graduate with experience in MIS function Expected Competencies: Excellent MIS and analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment. Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment. Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into effective generation of reports. High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables. Strong communication, interpersonal skills ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations. Sharp analytical capabilities, around data interpretation, analyzing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes,
