Managing laboratory and handling activities related to inspection and testing of Raw material, Packaging material, Process control and finished products. QC reports preparation of all inspected/tested raw materials and packaging materials. Regular monitoring of all online process control parameters to be checked as per the pre-decided frequency. Timely reporting to seniors and concern against each non-performance/customer complaints. Responsible to take immediate and preventive action against non-performance. Regular grooming and motivating of subordinates. Train them on regular basis to take effective works. Maintaining the hygiene condition in plant. Knowledge of development & implementation of Goods Safety Management System. To perform analysis of raw/ packing material, intermediate, Stability sample & finished product. To maintain cleanliness, safety & following good laboratory practices during work. B.SC/M.SC. (Chemistry) with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG Industry.,
