Youll be given preference. )Roles Responsibilities: Lead Quality Assurance Department to ensure delivery of quality tested software products Responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues Initiates tests, analyzes results, and finds solutions to technical problems Analyze complex functional/ technical requirements, translate them into test cases Prepare a detailed test plan/ strategy utilizing knowledge of the functional application Create and execute manual and automated test plans Record and document results and compare to expected results Manage defect testing and validate software product corrections Recognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments and procedures Required Skills: Bachelor and/ or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical discipline. Experience managing a Software Quality Assurance team Automated Testing experience. Experience in manual and automated software testing techniques Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed Ability to manage quality assurance team and provide hands-on assistance as required Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server or comparable integrated development environment Candidate should be any graduate/ post graduate in Computer Science or related degree program. Excellent communication presentation skills. At least 1+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
