Primary Role
Coordination with IT for system development & timely implementing the same. Ensuring timely completion of UAT for system developments. Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and schedule to implement process improvements. Track and communicate status of business initiative projects to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal / external parties for required input/ information for smooth functioning overall project. Prepare and maintain business process documentations i.e.SOP s that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc. Assisting in training & knowledge updation of the functional teams w.r.t. the Processes & its implementation & for IT solutions and its application & usage. Handle all the query related to process / systems.
