Job Details : Candidate with good experience in end to end recruitment-Should have extensive knowledge on working with technical recruitment, solid written communication and rapport building ability-Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.-Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.-Head Hunting and ability to interact, develop network through social media, get best referral resource for any given requirement.-Screening, shortlisting, sourcing the candidates as per the requirement (given skill set) doing end to end recruitment-Should also maintain HR database tracker software.-Should be responsible for making offer and also for on-boarding processRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsExperience: - 0-5 yearsQualification: - Any Bachelor or Master Degree (Fresher can also apply)Skills: --Good written and verbal communication-Punctual and Dedicated-Experience in Recruitment will be an added advantageJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)Education:Bachelors (Preferred)Location:Surat (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
