Responsible for Optimum Use of Man, Machine & Material, to Reduce Ormaintain (budgeted or Standard), Raw Material and Utility Consumption Ratios,energy Conservation and Injury Reduction By Improving Safety.8. Responsible for Planning On the Job Training of Production and Packingpersonnel, Planning Shift Manpower. Responsible to Provide On Job Trainingfor Production Staff and Technicians. Helps in Recruitments.9. Responsible for Implementation of New Projects and Developments (product,processes) in Production Area. Gives Instructions to His Subordinates Fromtime to Time with Regard to Change in Production and Packing Planning in Co-ordination with Marketing.10. Responsible for Vendor Development, and Preparation of Vendor Evaluationdata for Packing Material and Ammonia, Trends Analyses, Pollution Control.11.
