Job Description

  • Managing in Planning & Execution of day-day Operations.
  • Prepare proper Inventory Documentation, which include quantity, quality and other features of inventory for a clear understanding of the state of the stocks.
  • Document stocks delivery and supervise their movement into operational processing or position
  • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
  • Submitting purchase & receiving details (vendor s information, invoices and pricing) to internal databases.
  • Placing orders to refill outlets as needed.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff to check products quality and also check status upon delivery
  • Keep updated inventory records
  • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
  • Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities
  • Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
  • Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
  • Motivate the store staff and ensure the growth of the store staff in terms of Skill and position.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate should have knowledge to work in a supermarket at least for 06 months or Above
  • Candidate can manage our store which outstretched around 2000sq. ft.
  • Candidate should have an experience in FMCG
  • He must be able to come up with revolutionary ideas for the company s growth
  • He must have the ability to anticipate problems and prepare to solving them
  • Store Manager must be able to organize his team, schedules, and inventories to ensure efficiency in work delivery
  • must be able to work with computer applications like Microsoft Excel & Account Software Knowledge
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 12,000.00 to 20,000.00 /monthTiming will be discuss in interview,
