Job Description

    Job Title: Talent Acquisition ManagerPosition Overview:As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and department heads to understand staffing requirements, source and evaluate candidates, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the companys business objectives.2. Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier talent.3. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough and effective candidate assessments, including interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.4. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to understand. staffing needs, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and business goals.5. Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive corporate image.6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, providing timely and constructive feedback.7. Metrics and Reporting: Implement and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and analyze recruitment metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes.8. Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure the companys recruitment practices remain compliant.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.6. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.7.
