ROLES: Searching for and identifying others manufacturers, designers and brands to bring to Triveni s portals. This may, at a later time, involve visiting various exhibitions and events all over the country to see their collections, discuss terms and conditions with them, and then attempt to get them onboard. Following up with these manufacturers / brands, and convincing them to get them onboard Triveni s portals. REQUIRED BACKGROUND: Must have a Bachelor s or a Master s degree from a top institution, with good scores and results demonstrating good self motivation level. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have a very solid communication skills. Must be good at negotiating and closing business deals. Must have an eye for product design and creativity. A prior business development experience will be useful. Must be self motivated and driven, and capable of applying self deadlines to closing them. Must be able to present company at various events, and potential designers and brands adequately. Must be able to creatively describe products and visualize product banners. Coordinating with the manufacturers / brands in taking them online - which involves working on their writeups and descriptions, standardized input and description formats, promotional banners and strategies, and ensuring adequate business with them. Working with various designers (if you show sufficient aptitude, you may even get to visit some of the Country s top fashion weeks!) - convincing them to get on-board Triveni s new upcoming designer only portal, ensuring the adequate promotion and sales, and maintaining relationship with them - including orders and dispatches. ,
