Job Description

Apply now to take part in the hands-on experience!The PositionAs a Project Vehicle Manager (PVM), you will support the organization by providing your expertise and knowledge regarding planning, coordination, and follow-up; securing the end-to-end activities from test planning to finalized and quality secured products. This is for projects of different sizes and with different contents. The PVM translates the project needs into a physical build and secures the readiness of the updated bus for the test start.You will be part of the Test Object Preparation team, where we create and capture knowledge by building and testing buses. The team is part of the Verification and Validation department within Quality Customer Experience, with the aim to secure the quality of our products for the best customer experience.You will be surrounded by skilled colleagues in a working environment where we help each other towards the common goals. We always strive for customer success, with a solid base in trust for each other and a passion that drives us to perform and make a change.Who Are YouTo be successful in this position we think that you are structured, enthusiastic, and flexible, to handle the ever-changing and fast-developing world that we are living in. You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork to solve issues and to handle upcoming challenges.You have a BSc, MSc in e.g. Engineering or equivalent experience. Preferably, you have some years of work experience in project management or an equivalent field, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry.Required Skills

  • Project Management education or experience from project management.
  • Knowledge of MS Project and Excel.
  • Good English skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of Kola, PROTOM, and Jira is a bonus.
  • Product knowledge of buses is a bonus.
