Job Description

  • Design and iterate trading platforms logic for derivatives like options and futures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Anticipate market/competitors trends to develop trading products (e.g., grid trading, block trades, trading bots) for retail and institutional clients.
  • Build risk models (e.g., isolated margin, portfolio margin) to enhance capital efficiency and manage risks effectively; embed risk control in product design.
  • Manage key parameters such as tick size and margin tiers while enhancing system stability by tracking industry trends and competitor innovations.
  • Implement stress testing and automated monitoring tools to detect and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to build scalable and compliant trading infrastructure.
  • Develop monitoring systems and manage product iteration plans based on the competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate with developers, QAs, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or above in STEM field like Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Ideally 4 years of experience building backend systems in the crypto or traditional finance sectors.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Passion for blockchain, trading, and financial markets.
