Job Description

An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world.We are seeking two experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineers to join our dynamic R&D team based in Taiwan. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the design, development, and improvement of our mechanical systems and products, lead manufacturing issues debug and DoE.What youll be doing:

  • Lead mechanical design of new products and systems, using CAD software Creo to create 2D and 3D models.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing personnel to integrate components into products.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to mechanical challenges, reduce cost, enhance product performance and quality.
  • Plan and execute mechanical testing, analyze test data to evaluate product quality and performance.
  • Lead manufacturing personnel to investigate issue root-cause, schedule, and conduct engineering validation in the assembly line.
  • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, coordinate with suppliers for procurement of mechanical components, and set manufacturing timelines to ensure timely parts delivery.
What we need to see:
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory manufacturing and successful product development.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken), effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
  • Proficiency in PTC Creo design.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Fluent oral English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Self-active, aggressive, and think critically.
  • Good at PTC Creo, strong mechanical knowledge.
