Job Description

: Silicon Operations Production PlannerLocation: Taipei, TaiwanExperience Level: MidGoogle welcomes people with disabilities.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience in Process Management, Demand Planning, and Product Quality Control.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP transaction model and business-to-business implementation.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Create and process purchase orders based on requisitions, ensuring correct specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and obtain acknowledgements.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track order status, address any inquiries or concerns, and resolve any delivery or quality issues that may arise.
  • Monitor order progress and expedite deliveries as needed to ensure timely receipt of materials and components. Follow up with suppliers on any delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information, and other relevant procurement data in the companys systems.
