Job Description

System Integration Engineer, Chrome Operating System Platform Engineering (English, Chinese)Location: Taipei, TaiwanExperience Level: MidMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
  • 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with any of the following programming languages: C / C/ Python.
  • Experience with any of the following domains: embedded system, firmware, and Linux kernel.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
About the jobAs a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners.   • Help to build and maintain technical engagement with stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
  • Evaluate the functionality of a developer product feature and provide feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
  • Analyze product requirements and deviations then drive support plan to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with guidance.
  • Create repeatable solutions (e.g., recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with guidance.
  • Collaborate to write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers, users, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
