Legal Officer required for an NBFC Confirm Legal action against all Contracts as per policy. Timely handling and follow up of Arbitration action & Awards Execution and generating legal tools legal tools. Timely initiation, handling and follow up of Criminal and Quasi criminal Proceedings before various courts and other authorities. To handle litigation before DRT and DRAT. To defend the company in the Cases filed against company. Coordinating for extracting and execution of legal tools and services and support collection team in resolving the cases through legal tools. Ensure timely & suitable action in Against Cases filed and be in control of cases filed against Company. Management of updated Legal MIS. Advocate Management and Coordinate with Advocate and liasoning in obtaining MIS, Bills and other documents and details. Initiate SARFAESI Act Proceedings and to ensure Sec. 14 SARFAESI Act orders from concerned Magistrates and ensure execution of the orders for recovery of the secured assets. Legal Officer Needs coordinate in obtaining legal tools such as summons, warrants, awards etc and hand over to the respective collection/business team. Need to visit respective Police stations & SP Offfice for registering the police complaint on behalf of the Company and follow it to reach finality. Take initiatives and ADR methods like Lokadlaths,Conciliations and Mediation etc. Required Candidate profileHave good liasoning with enforcement authorities, Judiciary and other regulatory authorities and appear before and resolve the cases/ issues as and when required and as instructed. Should have minimum Knowledge of MS office Excel and MS Word etc. ,
