Job Description

  • Recruitment - souring, obtaining approval for grade upto E2, and coordinate with corp. HR for E3 and above grade, ensure all recruitment is against budgeted manpower with requisite supporting as JD, PMS, KRA for positions.
  • Issuance of approved JD, KRA & PMS to all employees under guidance of Corporate P&A In charge.
  • Ensure statutory compliances - Preparation of Annual compliance scheduler and adherence to the same.
  • Administration Manual - Guiding employees of Unit on various provisions of Administration Manual, Monitoring compliances accordingly, and doing audit on regular basis, sending monthly report and highlighting for discussion areas of deviations with Core Committee to ensure 100% compliances.
  • Supervising Time Office & Payroll administration and ensure timely credit of salary and dues to all employees of the unit.
  • Deployment of budgeted CL daily Machine wise and ensure nil production loss thereby. Ensure CL administration as per organization SOP of CL Administration including deputation of security guards as per budget
  • Under guidance of Works Manager driving 3S implementation, Housekeeping in Unit including production area.
  • Automation of Time office, payroll as per management guidelines.
  • Facilitate to organize Functional & Behavioral training at Unit as per Quarterly Training calendar. Liasoning with Corporate for training need identification process, Skill matrix preparation, identification of trainers and arranging programs accordingly. Documentation and tracking of training feedback as per Training policy. - Submission of monthly report on the same in prescribed format.
  • Supervising and drive complete plant administrative support as administration of Guest House, Canteen, Travel desk, ESTATE Development and other general administration.
  • Monthly updation of employee database, org. chart, and submission of monthly HR MIS Report, and admin compliance report.
