    Dear Candidate,Greetings from Zodiac HR !Position - Branch ManagerExperience - 3 Years Location - MG Road, Thrissur, KeralaJob Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, with a specific focus on managing and expanding our Gold Loan portfolio. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch activities, ensure high standards of customer service, achieve sales targets, and build a strong team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in gold loan management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial products in the lending industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with all organizational and regulatory standards.Gold Loan Management: Drive the branchs gold loan business by developing strategies to attract new customers, manage loan disbursements, and monitor repayment collections.Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement local sales strategies for gold loans and other financial products to meet or exceed branch targets.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty and retention.Risk Assessment & Management: Ensure accurate appraisal of gold and proper risk assessment for each loan application.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, ensuring a high-performance culture and effective teamwork.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all branch activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on branch performance.Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community to increase brand visibility and promote financial products.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a financial institution with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the gold loan sector.Skills:Strong understanding of gold loan products, procedures, and risk management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in sales and customer relationship management.Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
