Job Description

    Job Purpose:The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for providing high-quality customer service, driving sales of banking products, and supporting branch operations.Functional Responsibilities:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Assist new customers in opening accounts and guide them through the onboarding process.
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines during onboarding
    • Handle cash deposits, withdrawals & ensure timely and accurate execution of banking transactions
    • Support the operational processes within the branch, including account opening, customer documentation, and transaction approvals.
    • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all customer interactions and operational tasks.
    • Promote and sell the banks products and services, such as savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, loans,and insurance.
    • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to deepen customer relationships
    • Generate leads through customer referrals, branch interactions, and outreach programs
    • Meet individual and branch sales targets by converting leads into successful sales.
    • Support the branch manager in executing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
