Job Description

    Provide Strategic Direction and Leadership:
    • Define and communicate the BPM CoEs vision, strategy and value proposition to the Management Committee of Executives, that promotes and enables the overall vision and strategic objectives of the organization
    • Collaborate with process owners, heads of business/functions and IT CoE to identify and prioritize the BPM opportunities and needs
    • Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of the BPM CoE methodologies, frameworks, tools, and standards
    • Develop and manage the BPM CoE budget, resources and performance metrics
    • Provide periodic update to the banks top leadership on BPM CoEs performance and results
    Lead BPM Activities:
    • Prioritize and select BPM initiatives jointly with Business/Functional Heads and IT CoE
    • Oversee BPM project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution, alignment with strategic goals, effective change management and consistent quality
    • Provide guidance and insights in designing or redesigning business processes using best practices or frameworks
    • Drive market research and competitor assessments to identify new product ideas, product improvement opportunities and process best practices
    • Facilitate development and implementation of change management strategies for seamless adoption of BPM initiatives
    • Assess the impact of change on people, processes, products, systems, or culture due to BPM initiatives
    • Monitor and measure aggregate effectiveness and impact of the BPM CoE services and initiatives and report on progress and outcomes to the key stakeholders
    • Conduct feedback surveys across stakeholder departments to identify and take action on improvement areas with respect to the BPM CoEs interactions and activities across the bank
    Manage and Develop the CoE:
    • Build the team by recruitment as per the hiring plan approved by the banks leadership
    • Cultivate the CoE by providing performance feedback and recognition to the team members
    • Identify and deploy appropriate BPM tools to carry out the CoEs operations efficiently
    • Ensure upskilling of the team by providing opportunities for adequate training, coaching and mentoring programs
    • Recommend team members for certification programs offered by the bank, depending on their work profiles
    • Define appropriate KPIs or metrics for the BPM CoE team evaluation
    • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence within the BPM CoE team
