For those Creative Designers working in computer systems design, the BLS projects a 21 percent growth rate as more designers are needed to handle the growing need for website design and layout, while those in periodical and book publishing will likely see a 35 percent decline.Creative Designer Duties and Responsibilities A Creative Designer must complete various tasks in order to produce a finished model, graphic or label.
