Qualification required BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience required 6-8 years of work experience preferably with exposure to competitive market conditions and manufacturing units related to industrial products. Suitable industries would be abrasives and refractory market. POSITION SUMMARY 1. CSD (customer service department) related commercial operations. 2. Planning (manufacturing and sourcing) to meet sales plan. 3. Warehouse Management and customer service related tasks preferably with exposure to competitive market conditions and Industrial related manufacturing units 4. Coordination with operations team for order servicing 5. Interaction with cross-functional teams. 6. Coordination with branch, field, customers, dealers on service. 7. Carry out planning activities 8. Take care of exports both affiliates and direct customers and complete documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Planning (manufacturing and sourcing) to meet sales plan and coordination with operations team 2. Proactive interaction with sales team to give servicing commitments 3. Crisis management to meet customer criticalities 4. Managing logistics and ensuring on time dispatches and processing orders and other CSD related commercial activities inclusive of exports. 5. Ensuring quality inventory and 100% physical versus system stock management. 6. Proactively working on system improvements and process improvements. 7. Ensuring adherence to CSD QMS, EHS, 5S norms 8. Planning for sourcing of materials. OTHER SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES 1. Managing various process audits including stock. 2. Managing material returns COORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS Internal Interaction with sales and operations team. External With vendors and customers SKILLS Functional 1.
