Job Description

    Branch Manager -Agency Channel Roles & ResponsibilitiesTheAgency Channelis a key sales channel in the Life Insurance sector. The role involvesrecruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors (agents)who will sell life insurance policies. Branch Manager has to handle the team of 4-6 FLSs/FLMsRoles & Responsibilities
    • Team Handling/ Team leader Role
    • Identify and recruitpotential insurance advisors.
    • Train and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
    • Drive sales through advisors and ensure policy renewals.
    • Conduct regular meetings with agents to review sales performance.
    • Support agents in closing sales by providing necessary guidance.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents toensure business growth.
