Job Description

Job PurposeIdentify process improvement opportunities in the Finance function and drive the plans for efficiency. Develop and assist in achieving quality goals within the function. Support in better integration of the function with rest of the organization.Responsibilities1. Document the existing finance policies and procedures across all verticals.2. Identify & report the gaps between current practices and global best practices3. Develop measurable KPIs for the function as a whole and of all the verticals within it4. Follow a strong financial reporting mechanism & ensure discipline w.r.t. accuracy and timeliness in reporting, by periodic compilation, review and submission of financial data, both on quality and statutory parameters.Requirements1. Qualification : Charted Accountancy*2. Ability to compile, interpret and effectively narrate financial data3. Strong understanding of statutory and management accounting & reporting.4.
