Job Details : Develop plans, actions and standard operating procedures for the operation and administration of HK departmentEstablish and maintain HK and Laundry scheduling proceduresOrganize the department as a team in order to optimize output of each employee and maintain housekeeping standards Conduct inspection checks of the areas to ensure that proper upkeep, maintenance and standards are being metPrepare and comply with annual budgets Constantly seek newer methods, techniques, equipment and material that will improve the overall operations in a more efficient way at reduced costMaintain proper stocks, strict inventories and audits of Consumable, Linen & Uniform and Equipments.Maintain the inventory of Non- Medical furnitureHold Responsibility for departmental scheduling, keeping in mind the occupancy , conferences , CMEs and other official eventsConduct employee probation and performance appraisals objectively and sincerely counsel/enable staff members to address areas of developmentEstablish and impart monthly training programme for HK staff.Train, monitor and supervise Pest Control, Horticulture, and Glass Cleaning contractual staff Active participation in setting up new expansion areas and other assignmentsProvide opportunities for job rotation to sub-ordinates to encourage multi-skilling
