Job Description

    Responsibilities:Email Marketing Campaigns:Devise and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to promote our products, services,events, and relevant content.Collaborate with the content team to craft engaging email content aligning with our brandidentity and resonating with our target audience.Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize email elements for increased open and click-through rates.Analyze campaign metrics regularly, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.Data Mining & Segmentation:Gather pertinent data from diverse sources to create detailed customer profiles based ondemographics, behavior, and preferences.Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights informing marketing strategies andpersonalized targeting efforts.Maintain updated customer databases for effective segmentation and targeting purposes.Work with the data analytics team to generate comprehensive reports on customer behavior. andcampaign performance.Automation & Personalization:Deploy marketing automation tools for efficient email workflows and personalized contentdelivery based on customer behavior.Design automated email sequences for onboarding, lead nurturing, and retention to boostengagement and conversions.Continuously refine email personalization strategies for tailored content to specific audiencesegments.Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) and maintain anopt-in subscriber list.Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, data insights, and segmentation outcomes tostakeholders.Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in email marketing and data mining.Coordination & CollaborationCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation.Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders to update and maintain content, ensuring alignmentwith brand messaging.Manage the companys online presence, including website content updates, ensuring accuracyand relevance.Analyze marketing data (campaign results, traffic, conversions) to optimize strategies andinitiatives.Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, andadvertisements.Assist in organizing promotional events or conferences.Qualifications:Masters degree in marketing, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns and proficient data analysis.Strong grasp of data mining techniques applicable in marketing.Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and adept at managing multiple projects.Familiarity with marketing regulations and compliance standards.Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is advantageous.Experience: 6 months - 2 yearsJob location: Udaipur,
