    customers for our educational products and services.
    • Conduct in-depth research to comprehend the specific needs and
    challenges of each potential client, seeking opportunities for collaboration.
    • Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to effectively engage and
    convert targets in both the school market and individual consumer sector.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture robust relationships with school administrators,
    principals, and key decision-makers, as well as individual clients.
    • Customize product solutions to meet the distinct requirements of each
    client, whether institutional or individual.
    • Serve as a reliable advisor, offering solutions that align with their
    educational objectives or personal learning goals.
    1. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
    • Gain extensive knowledge of our educational products and services,
    understanding their benefits and features thoroughly.
    • Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to schools and individual
    clients, highlighting how our offerings enhance the learning experience.
    1. Sales Cycle Management:
    • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to
    deal closure and follow-up, with a significant emphasis on field visits.
    • Keep precise records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
    system, ensuring all data is current.
    1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Stay updated on trends in the education sector, adapting sales strategies
    accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize sales efforts with
    marketing campaigns and activities.
    1. Targets and Reporting:
    • Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and quotas.
    • Regularly report sales results, forecasts, and insights to the sales manager and executive team.
    • Preferred:
      • Experience in selling educational products or services.
      • Knowledge of the K-12 education landscape.
      • Established network in the education sector.
