Job Description

Job Location: - DubaiIndustry: - GlassDesignation: - Production SupervisorJD Follows.

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for whole glass production, from mail opening through surfacing, edging, etc to shipping
  • Manager projects to improve processes throughout the department for the purpose of improving production and quality levels. Identify issues in efficiency, suggest and execute improvements.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Performance Management to include disciplining employees for violations to any company and or department policy.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work and vacation schedules.
  • Check production output according to specifications to ensure that set goals will be met. If not, necessary adjustments will need to be made.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress.
  • Control labor, consumables and material cost.
  • Build a cohesive team, lead by example and manage directly through multiple floats and/or leads.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
  • Work flexible hours including weekends as needed, in order to meet lab and department objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Required: - Diploma, B.E, B Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)Experience :- 3-5 Years Experience in Glass Industry is a MustSalary & other perks: - 3000-3500 DHR (Indian Currency 55500-64750 Rs)+ Accommodation, Transportation & Medical insurance would be provided2 Years renewable contract+ 42 Days Paid leaves after completion of two years.Mail You Cv info@aimconsultancy.inCall @ 9599241910
