Requirement is foran Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing company located in Second Industrial City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.We Urgently Need the Below Candidate (3-5Yrs Exp) on Urgent Basis for Utility Maintenance Field (Mechanical /Electrical / Instrumentation).1.Boiler Technicians- Troubleshoots, supervise, install, tests, repairs, maintains or modifies heating and cooling systems (boiler and chiller) and equipment including, but not limited to, valves, gas pressure and air flow switches, thermostats, filters, nozzles, burner units, air compressors, pumps, 3-phase electric motors, breaker switches, piping, tubing and related gas pressure and hot water systems and electrical, mechanical, and electronic control panels. - Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and/or replaces assigned HVAC equipment. - Operates, diagnoses, analyses and records findings on all HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, motors and air handling units. - Attend all service calls on-time as per contracts terms and his Supervisor Instructions. - Use hand or power tools when performing tasks like replacing defective valves, filters, or steam gauges on a heating system. - Inspect fuel tanks. - Prepare and maintain records on treatment, oil, gas and chemicals consumption and steam and hot water production. - Operate and control boilers and chillers. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Perform routine maintenance on boiler and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. - Address downtime issues promptly and effectively. - Maintain spares as needed to insure that equipment is available when required. - Take an active role in learning the equipment, processes, and systems.2. ITI Fitter cum Welder :- 3-5Yrs Experience in STP/ETP Plant Maintenance & General Mechanical Equipments Maintenance knowledge in Pumps, Blowers, Gearbox, Alignment, Overhauling etc. with Welding knowledge in any emergency case.3.
