Testing professional with wide industry experience. Should possess a good combination of domain and testing experience.Experience in end-to-end project management activities from Project Planning, Project Delivery, Resource/Schedule management, Risk Management and Communication management.Good working experience on various types of testing such as functional, non-functional, automation, performance, etc.,Along with experience in Test Delivery, should have extensive experience in cross functional business areas like, talent planning & Acquisition, staff capacity management etc.Should possess excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities.Strengthen the delivery precision and consistency of independent testing and testing track of projects.Ensure testing methodology, processes, best practices and tools are rolled out effectively in the projects.Conduct regular reviews and team meetings to ensure timely delivery.Collect and review testing metrics to check the health of the project.Should have experience in managing independent testing team across multiple projects.Ability to build relationships across the enterprise with Lines of Businesses, Technology, and Business where relevant.Experience in working in large global complex matrix organizations.Experience in dealing with vendor applications and integrating them in the technology landscape.Excellent partnership & people management practices.Cost consciousness and understanding of total cost of ownership Technical/Functional Skills.Design, develop, code, test, debug and document.Experience with Agile development methodologies would be desirable.
