Job Description

Business Development ManagerResponsible for : Business Development and managing works in the departmentWork time will be according to client time zone (Mainly time zone of USA.)His/her primary responsibility will be managing the department, with approval from reporting officer. He/she should be able to make necessary changes and should manage the regular works in the department.Business Development for Software Development and related services and / or productsDeveloping sales plan, prospecting / identification of opportunities, customer presentations, managing RFI / RFP responses, and winning opportunities for the services offered.Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability and other result areas for the given periodLeveraging existing relationships and generating business prospectsIdentify potential off-shoring / outsourcing leads, develop relationships with potential clients through personal / remote meetings, calls, email, presentations and business gatherings.Assist in eliciting and specifying high-level business requirement specifications of the client for proposal preparation and project plan to the offshore delivery teamManage new accountsResponsible for Marketing and Email CampaignsProspecting new accounts and build relationships with potential customers via primary & secondary researchRequirementsShould possess strong experience in Software Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation and Market Research across USAShould have the ability to handle international clientsCandidates for this role should work well individually as well as part of a team, be outgoing, persistent and able to hit weekly goals and metricsShould be highly self-motivated, go-getterShould have the ability to analyse sales trendsShould be a team player with good interpersonal skillsShould be a people person who effectively articulates ideas and gains trust quicklyCandidates having experience in US operations will be preferredShould have strong knowledge on online marketing tools and portalsExperience : 3 yearQualification : Masters Degree , Bachelors degree Interested candidates mail your resumes to careers@codeatech.com specifying the designation for which you are applying in the subject.
