If you work best when under pressure, and can proactively take initiative during lows, then Response Technologies may be the right home for you.The Front Line Leader oversees the daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, to include prioritizing and directing labor resources, development of daily and weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met, ownership of production control, and inventory/raw material management. They determine material, equipment and labor requirements, prepare status and performance reports and resolve capacity issues. They also identify demand levels for raw materials and other process consumables. The Production Foreperson will use enterprise resource planning (ERP) to develop an integrated and continuously updated view of core and interactive processes.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Directs and oversees manufacturing associates daily priorities of effort to ensure timely completion of production activities per production scheduleDevelops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion dateManage production control, to include creation, issuance, tracking, and closure of work orders and other process documentationMonitor production and raw material needs and establishes requisite pull-systemsDirect Shop Floor activity through Advanced Production Scheduling
