The Deputy Program Manager assists the Program Manager in overseeing and managing aspects of an ongoing project in the area of managing cost, schedule and scope. Assesses project risk issues and develops mitigation strategies to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving. Provides support to the PM in leading the program team and serves as focal point for communication and coordination of cross-functional activities.
