Job Description

At Bell, we are proud to be an iconic company with superb talent, rapidly creating novel and coveted vertical lift experiences.Bell-Textron Inc is seeking a Quality Operations Specialist to support the Quality Management Department at our Fort Worth/Hurst location.The Quality Operations Specialist position exists to ensure the compliance of the Bell quality management system to the regulatory requirements.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for FAA coordination and compliance to regulatory requirements.Maintenance of the Repair Station / Quality Control Manual, including Capabilities Listing,Operations Specifications and Inspector Roster as required by 14 CFR Part 145 and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Repair Supplement Repair Station Manual.Oversee Repair Station Work Order Record Retention program and record storage and perform quality audits on contract maintenance vendors for compliance with 14 CFR 145.Manage contract vendor list, and request new functions from FAA as needed and execute FAA Service Difficulty Reports (SDR) when required.Responsible for providing edits and corrections required by FAA, EASA, and internal audits to the Quality Manuals, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions and all other quality forms and documentation.Develop and maintain as necessary QMS procedures, Repair Station Training Manual, Training Records for all Repair Station Employees, also develop the Authorized Release Document (ARD) TrainingMaintain the Drug and Alcohol Random Testing Procedure for all Repair Stations.Support cross functional teams engaged in continuous improvement initiatives and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts, along with risk evaluation and mitigation
