Job Description

Greetings.!!We , Sarthee Consultancy , are having opening for AGM Works / Operations with our client in Chemical Industry.Please find below details :Company :Leading name in manufacturing of different types of chemicalsDesignation :AGM Works / OperationsLocation :VadodaraJob Requirements :Qualification :BE ( Chemical )Industrial Experience :min. 15 years at senior level out of which at least head of technical departments for minimum of 4-5 years.Key Responsibilities :

  • Experience of independently controlling production department in a continuous chemical process industries manufacturing organic chemicals.
  • Knowledge and experience of DCS and other instrumentation including field instruments, transmitters, etc
  • Responsible for achieving production targets at benchmark yields, fuel consumptions, product quality, problem solving and technical troubleshooting, etc
  • Achieving optimum plant utilization by minimizing downtime and ensuring trouble free plant operations,
  • Production and materials planning, manpower planning, etc
  • Knowledge and experience of handling related functions namely maintenance (mechanical, electrical, instrumentations ) and utilities like FBC boiler, high temperature thermic fluid heating system (TFH), compressors, etc
  • Knowledge and experience of safety and environment functions including operations of ETP Plant, knowledge of Factories Acts, etc
  • Liaison activities with statutory authorities like Factories Inspector, GPCB, Explosive department ( PESO, Nagpur ),Electricity inspector, Boiler Inspector, etc
  • Leadership qualities, decision making abilities, etc
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for inter and intra departmental communications with other HODs, superiors, etc
  • Preparation of annual operating plans and budgets,
  • Knowledge of QMS implementation under ISO-9001:2015, EMS and OHSAS, etc
