This role is responsible for the Output Operations process execution related with the Nielsen Observation Services and the delivery of reports to clients, complying with the guidelines, procedures and SLAs defined and timely execution against commitments to the ClientsRESPONSIBILITIESExecute end to end process in NilesenIQ Instore vision factory for projects assigned:Preparation of work / job orders, verification of completeness, quality of information andinstructions before executing the process (working closely with Senior Analyst and/or HubLeader) Setup the processing instructions in the FactoryMonitor quality and timely delivery of inputs for processing and escalate in case any delays /roadblocks occur against agreed SLAExecute output processing instructions and quality control of the outputMaintain full documentation of project scope / output instructions etc.Support the team in calling out gaps/issues/risks and execute mitigation / resolution actionplansContinuously support development of NilesenIQ Instore vision Factory, sharing ideas for improvementA LITTLE ABOUT YOUStrong execution skills, following established SLAs.
