Operations - India Vadodara, GujaratTeam: Planning & SchedulingDesignation: Analyst-Planning & SchedulingReports to: Sr. Analyst-Planning & SchedulingJob PurposeMonitor, support, communicate, track and ensure E2E operating process flow for the IO COE functional teams stakeholders the required information, instructions, perform, maintainance, generate, follow, report and solve in the BAU and IU issues to help the operation flow properly in the back office/field/factory of a compliance and efficent plans.Job Responsibilities:- Communicate when collection IU and BAU issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and gives follow up to them by raising and chasing tickets until a solution is applied and the issues are resolved - Support P&S in porper activities to the complied plans. - Accurately complete Daily Activity , ensuring that all variations, modifications or adjustments to a collection management scheme are fully complied. - Notify status, requirements, activities an close of the current collection period IO COE Departments and QCT - Ensure and improve the accuracy, consistency and quality of the data collected, and productivity of the Auditor through an optimal Collector Definition - Track plans for non-compliance to understand route causes. - Ensure E2E operating process flow is completely planned complete in the time requested by each activity business - Support testing and validation activities to confirm requirements are successfully met - Assist P&S Sr Analist - Generate KPI s and follow support to ensure of a ompliance plans - Maintain and Update the LHHT Support Guidelines - Upload plans in the QMS moduleScope:Budget Responsibility: NO Key interface relationships (internal and external): Internal with other IO COEs and Delivery team, and other BU stakeholders as needed Number of employees managed: NA Number of employees indirectly managed:NA Number of third party employees (contractors/outsourced) managed: NA (possible to create audit instructions for vendors executing Data Collection ) The role is global/regional/local: market group / regional Breadth of functions under management: NARole Requirements- Bachelor degree (preferably in engineering, business, operations or marketing) - Intermediate English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region) - Proactive - Dynamic and organized - Detail oriented and excellent concentration ability - Sense of urgency and activities prioritization - Critical thinking - Strong networking skills - ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams - Experience +1 in Nielsen or similar positions (nice to have) - Total experience: +2 years - CDAR modules knowledge (nice to have) - Knowledge of Nielsen products and processes (nice to have) - Experience +2 in Nielsen or similar positions (nice to have) - Total experience: +3 years - Willing to have healthy conversations - Customer oriented,
