Should know and worked with international best practices for operational excellence , Lean, TPM . Adapt & understood the business models quickly to deliver results. Establish new projects , processes for Company , Full fill control requirements as per IMS Must able to align with company Vision & Mission , KPI, MP & CP ,Budget, Must Know SAP , Overall operational efficiency , WIP, Labour efficiencies,& Other BI reports Must aware of hour recording ,Standard costing calculation of mfg. Good communication skills (Must be good in written & oral English ) Able to guide on Tools , Fixtures ,Gauges , Test Rigs as per machining , welding, assembly requirement as per production Needs Must know how to make the technical comparisons , presentationsRequired Candidate profileBright , energetic and ambitious professionals with proven track record of outstanding achievements and and burning desire to grow quickely to higher levels.
