Min. 5 years for Sr. Managerial position with sales experience in health care industry , Min. 1 year for BDE with sales experience in any fieldAnnual Package: Up to 10 lakhs (Sr. Level) + Incentive , Up to 3 lakhs (Starter Level) + IncentiveArea: State / PAN - IndiaThe BDE / M s job will be to promote and sell NABH consultancy & services to various categories of hospitals. The representative will increase product awareness , answer queries , provide advice and introduce solutions.Key Responsibilities Include:Organizing appointments and meetings with hospitals (From CEO to stake Holders) Identifying and establishing new business Negotiating contracts Demonstrating or presenting products to the healthcare institutions Key point of contact between the company & the hospitals Undertaking relevant research Meeting both the business and scientific needs of the hospitals Maintaining accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback Attending and organizing trade exhibitions , conferences and meetings Managing budgets Reviewing sales performance Writing reports and other documents Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up - to - date with latest medical data Key Skills Required: Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical rep or in medical sales & commercial awareness Familiarity with databases , statistics , product lines & latest medical issues Excellent communication , negotiation , sales skills & maturity Knowledge of MS Office Self - motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales,
