Job Description

Core Operations:

  • Premium acceptance, handling and deposition.
  • Ensure TAT of Branch processing (Scrutiny/PID/Receipting/Issuance etc.)
  • Ensuring smooth processing at branch level by distributing load with in Team.
  • Communicating the rejected proposals to Sales team for clearance.
  • Daily proposal inward report.
  • Responsible for driving all initiatives on e-Policy.
  • PDA reconciliation.
  • Training & inductions.
  • Co-ordinating Audits.
  • Handling refund processing.
  • Cover note Management.
  • HO Requirement and Mail Reverts.
  • Walk-in register maintenance.
  • Deficiency Follow-up.
  • QC and POZ Daily.
  • Portal Issues Coordination.
  • System Slowness Tracking.
  • Agri Policy Servicing.
  • Rights Management.
  • Web ID creation.
  • Temp Receipt.
  • Agency Licensing.
  • Pre Policy Follow-up.
  • NCB Recovery Letter.
  • Endorsements.
  • PDA reconciliation.
  • TR Approvals.
  • IT Calls and Bugs Requirement.
  • Ensure Timely Dispatch and Archrivals.
  • Daily premium balancing and verification.
  • MSO co-ordination & visit.
  • Reconciliation of Floats & Temporary receipts.
  • Weekly meeting with marketing team / partners.
  • Online Payments.
  • BG Recovery.
  • BASS Attendance.
  • Archival.
  • Inter department co-ordination and Stakeholder Engagement.
  • PIS Generation.
  • Maintaining & signing Daily Premium Cash register.
  • Following with Processing Hubs for policy servicing.
Servicing:
  • IMD Open House and Training.
  • Driving NPS on renewals, issuance, claims and IMD servicing.
  • Handling walk-ins, external queries- Grievances and CFU Queries.
Administration & Compliance:
  • File, obtain and keep it renewed the registration under Shops and establishments Act, local municipalities or other authorities registration/licenses.
  • File the required returns with authorities, as may be required and advised by tax team as to profession tax, GST etc.
  • File the require forms/documents/returns under Labor Laws in consultation with HR.
  • Sign and file the FIR with police/private complaint in court and pursue the same to logical conclusion which may be done in coordination with ILM team.
  • Suitably reply to the notices from police/ACB/CBI/Enforcement directorate after taking up the matter with concerned departments and inputs and by providing these inputs to and be guided by the draft reply advised by Corporate Legal, HO.
  • To accept the summons/notices from court which are in the name of company and accordingly attend the court with suitably reply and submissions. Note: The court/police notices in individual employee name be accepted by the concerned employee only.
  • Provide the required inputs and information/documents to higher authorities/HO as may be required, from time to time.
  • To liaison with local authorities for the work of company and take approvals for business/company.
  • To verify fire safety and safety measures and coordinate with concerned to have proper safety measures in the office. (EHS)
  • To ensure all the statutory display of notices/forms/extracts are properly displayed in separate and allocated notice board for compliance under Labour Laws. In this regard to coordinate with HR.
  • To sign and register the lease agreements for the office premises within his/her location/area under jurisdiction of his/her office after taking all the approvals of ZM, HO ADMIN, and Corporate legal [for legal documents].
  • Approvals of petty exp at branch like: staff welfare, conveyance and other office exp.
  • Act as authorized representative for all legal purposes.
  • Maintaining Petty cash register.
  • Vendor management & bill payments.
  • Office maintenance along with Office opening & Closing register.
  • Attendance Register Maintenance.
  • Check of Office Infra.
  • Responsible for handling Office keys.
  • Managing Housekeeping & Security services.
