Job Description

    Designation: Branch ManagerChannel: Agency Business Partner (E)Key Accountabilities(A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) Will manage team of 6-7 DCDM on-roleemployee Advisors and financial consultantAct as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales TargetsEnhance FC earnings based on vintage.Focusing on advisor and FC retention.Focus on Customer retention.Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mixBring in best practices to offer excellent experience while onboarding customers.Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targetsResponsible for branch unit.Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching andfeedback based on performanceResponsible for capacity building at branch levelTo emphasize on talent retention and managing attritionTo maintain high morale and engagement levels of the teams by providing constructive feedback andfostering right environment.Cross sell and up sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.To periodically review the progress of direct reports and suggest corrective measures, if anyProvides accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting managerAdhere to a proper business work ethic and create a similar expectation of direct reports/peersEnsure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of the companyProvide feedback and suggestions on initiatives/ changes required in branch operations.Skills, Knowledge & QualificationsShould be a Graduate ( any discipline) with sales background5 to 7 years of work experience in sales with at least 3 years+ experience in Life Insurance.Demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospectsExperience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports as assigned in a servicesindustryCoaching, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills.Should be mobile savvy and must carry an android phone.Personal Attributes & CompetenciesHigh on energy with positive outlook.People ManagementExcellent interpersonal communication and presentation skillsTeam player with ability to network across the organization
