- Looking for an Enthusiastic, Efficient & Trustworthy Business Head for a Leading MNC to develop FMCG Business/ Retail Super Market Chain.Responsibilities Grow the business profitably through strengthening current Brands, new Brand & Product introductions and tie- ups, geographical expansion, suitable manufacturing strategy, improved Human resource quality and policy and other strategiesDirectly responsible for achieving the business objectives of sales, distribution, inventory turns and control sales commercials in largely diversified FMCG business. Indirectly responsible and accountable for the delivering the profitability of the businessResponsible for conceptualizing distribution practices to deliver top- line sales targets Responsible for all trade marketing for all channels of sales Responsible for delivering superior distribution standards across the country through a mix of innovate and traditional practicesPlayed a pivotal role in managing costs across the department by rationalizing distributor, retailer margins and trade schemes to improve both top line and bottom line for the organization Coordinated working with marketing department to ensure market shares across shares are delivered as per the objectives set.
