Job Description

Acquire new customers through various channels and build relationships with existing customers.
Identify potential customers and generate leads to increase customer base.
Offer banking products and services to customers and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs.
Meet sales targets by cross-selling various banking products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with the banks policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing into the Banking, Finance, Insurance, and NBFC Industry
Strong Expertise of Selling Banking Products
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Negotiation Skills
