Job Description

  • Ensuring operation of all Environmental facilities in a way that emission parameters are always within regulatory requirements and companys threshold limits
  • Develop systems for operations and monitoring of environment facilities so as to ensure sustainable operations
  • Monitor Hazardous waste and Non Hazardous waste collection, segregation and proper disposal as per regulatory requirements
  • Monitor quantity and quality of waste generation from mfg processes, their segregation and adopting cost effective and sustainable treatment technologies and solutions
  • Ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of waste treatment units like Effluent treatment plant, Multiple effect evaporator, Incinerator and others
  • Continuously Strive for improving efficiencies and capacity enhancement of waste treatment units
  • Conduct regular monitoring and inspections in mfg plants and assess environmental performance associated with plant operations
  • Carry-out Environmental audits as per statutory and internal requirements. Ensuring that all identified and agreed action plans are implemented
  • Ensure effective monitoring of SEZ effluent conveyance system to SEZ sump and beyond while ensuring regulatory compliance all the time.
  • Ensure that surveillance and certification audits of Management systems audits are conducted successfully.
  • Develop reports and presentation for Management review.
  • Ensure effective implementation of EHS policies and measures in the areas of operations.
