Should be extremely creative with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Self- starter and able to highlight issues and risk Plan, design and execute online customer acquisition and brand Rigel outreach campaigns Focus on building companies services awareness and generating leads Create, scale up and manage SEM and pay- per- click advertising campaigns across multiple channels to optimize qualified website traffic as part of marketing and business development initiatives Plan and manage social media and content marketing campaigns Work in conjunction with cross functional teams to plan and execute large scale marketing Campaigns Measure, analyze and understand marketing metrics to drive marketing decisions Manage email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers Edit / Write content for marketing collaterals such as Blogs, landing pages, News letters etc Manage the SEO, SEM and SMM strategy for the brand and drive traffic Manage a team of digital marketing, content writing and graphic design professionals Have in depth understanding of online marketing landscape to plan and execute strategies in affiliate marketing, search & display marketing, social media and others Should be aware of and have worked with the leading technology tools used for various marketing campaigns Should be exceptional in analytical capabilities to measure and evaluate marketing performance Should be a self starter and be passionate about digital marketing Should be comfortable working in a high energy startup and be eager to solve tough challenges Demonstrated strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills required Proficient marketer with strong experience in brand building and offline marketing Ability to work independently and drive the team ,
