    • Departmental Administration/ Interaction with Higher Management and various DepartmentsThe candidate should have good design experience to prepare, check, review and approve documents / deliverables likeDesign Basis, Data Sheet, Specification; RFQ ,TQ/TBE/PS/VDR for items like GIS, GIB, Generator, Power& Distribution Transformer, HV Switchgear, LV Switchgear & Busduct, Power Management System, AC & DC DBs, UPS, Nav. Aid System, HV & LV Cables, Sub-sea Cables, Solar Power system, MTG/CCVT/TEG/Wind turbine Power Generation System, Heat Tracing System, Cathodic Protection System etc.Power System Study and Analysis like Short Circuit Analysis, Load Flow Analysis, Motor Starting Study, Transient Stability Analysis, Harmonic Analysis, Arc Flash Study, Relay Co-ordination using ETAP.Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards such as Saudi Aramco Standards, IEC API etc. To lead, Guide & assisting the team of Lead Engineers, Job Engineers/Designers & Other project supporting personnel to execute Proposals, Pre-bid Engineering and Detailed engineering activities in the field of Electrical. Identify Training Program for Trainees and other Engineers in the Discipline. To Coordinate for Internal Quality Audits and Project Specific Audits. To assist HR and Training for recruitment of Fresher, lateral and identify training needs for the discipline for Technical Skills, Software Skills and Behavioural Skills.
