1. Work Experience: Must have Worked as Qc Officer/ Asst Manager for Min 10 Years with a Track Record of An Achiever.2. Must have Hands On Experience in Carrying Out all Types of Wet & Dry Analysis . He Must Be Skilled Enough in Gc Analysis On Capillary Columns & Packed Columns as Well3. Type of Industry: fine / Organic Chemical Manufacturing Organization of Min 100 Crores Sales Turn Over. Work Experience in a Castor Derivative Industry Will Be Preferred.4. Must Be Having Hand-on Experience of Working with Qhse Management Systems for Min 3 Years.5. Must have Skills to Maintain Spare Parts Od all the Machines & Lab Equipments. He also Must Be Well Versed with the Glp ( Good Laboratory Practices)6. Must Be Research & Development Oriented Person7. Must have Good Documentation & Communication Skills8. Must Be Quality, Cost & Safety Conscious Personality9. Must Be Innovative, Open Mind & Result Oriented Person.
