  • Independently lead and manage all production/operations related activities of the plant.
  • Production planning and coordination with Logistic team for on time dispatch as per given schedule.
  • Can run plant with ensuring proper safety and housekeeping in the plant.
  • Can work as 2nd line to Unit head, should have ability to handle entire plant operation in absence of unit head.
  • Closely monitoring and controlling of better utilization of equipment to get maximum throughput.
  • Lead plant improvements and modification projects in existing plant.
  • Experience of handling mechanical, electrical and instrumentation will be an advantage.
  • Can coordinate with marketing department to understand their needs and material availability.
  • Can handle multiple products and multiple plants.
  • Person has to report to Unit Head.
  • Self-motivated and self-initiator
  • Should able to maintain confidentiality
  • Should able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Should be able to develop team and talents on shop floor.
