Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing a Feasibility Document highlighting the Project advantages & deliverables.
  • Initiate Project through Requirement Gathering by meeting various stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Prepare User Requirement Specifications Document which should be clear, crisp and highlight the Requirement Gathering provided by stakeholders.
  • Possess decent online research skills to ensure R & D of competitor products and provide inputs of enhancing company product.
  • Prepare Functional & Design Specification Documentation for the project after referencing User Requirement Specifications Document.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Reports to Senior IT Business Analyst regarding Project updates.
  • Coordinate amongst various stakeholder teams related to the apprising of Project-related tasks.
  • Provide Demo to End Users based on Requirement Gathering, Documentation and subsequent Software Development.
  • Prepare Project Closure & Handover Documentation.
  • Handling Junior and Trainee Level Business Analysts team.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Past Business Analyst Experience of 2 to 4 years in IT industry.
  • Exhaustive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Critical thinking ability.
