1. Work Experience: Must have Worked as Sr Engineer/ Dy Manager in Engineering Deptt for Min 5 Years with a Track Record of An Achiever.2. He Must have Hands-on Experience in the Preventive / Predictive Maintenance of Both the Process Plant & Utilities. He Must Be Good Understanding of Utility Operations.3. Type of Industry: fine / Organic Chemical Manufacturing Organization of Min 100 Crores Sales Turn Over. Work Experience in a Castor Derivative Industry Will Be An Added Advantage..4. Must Be Having Hand-on Experience of Working with Qhse Management Systems for Min 3 Years.5. He Must Be Skilled in the Condition Monitoring of Plant & Machinery.6. He Must Be Well versed with the Compliance of Various Statutory Requirements7. Must have Skills to Maintain Spare Parts in the Engineering Stores8. Must have Good Documentation & Communication Skills9. Must Be Quality, Cost & Safety Conscious Personality10. Must Be Innovative, Open Mind & Result Oriented Person.
