    Greetings From Futures And Careers !Urgently looking for Manager - Sales / Business Development in one of leading Freight Forwarding MNCs at Mumbai, Pune, Baroda, Ahmedabad. Details are as follows:Position: Manager Sales / BDMDivision: Freight ForwardingLocation: MumbaiReporting to: Regional Manager / Business Head SalesSalary: Best in the Freight Forwarding Industry, Negotiable.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible to focus on increasing sales and retaining Key customers along with a leadership role.QUALIFICATIONS:Education and/or Experience requirements:
    • Min. Graduate, Masters Degree or Diploma in Marketing or International trade
    • Minimum 8-10 years of working experience for the Managerial level in the same Freight Forwarding Industry and min. 5-8 yrs. of working experience for DM / AM level.
    • Noticeable track record in Sales & Marketing and Business Development.
    Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
    • Sound knowledge of all freight forwarding products (Air Import/ Export & Ocean Export & Import), Custom Clearance.
    • Good knowledge of the Local Market and Competitors.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent customer focusing skills.
    • Good team player, possess good Leadership skills: able to direct, supervise and manage a Sales Force
    • Results driven mindset
    • Proficiency in English and local language
    JOB DESCRIPTIONS:Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Achieve Sales budgets, Implement Sales Processes
    • Sorting out customer-related issues / handling escalations
    • Delivering the budgeted GP every month.
    • Follow-up with customers for payments. Ensure that all invoices are submitted and approved by the customer before the due date so that payment can be cleared within the credit period.
    • Work with the Branch/Product team/Sales Team to create pipelines to support Trade Lane Development program.
    • Ensure account receivables are in line with organization norms
    • Work with the product group to create sales tools to achieve budgets.
